DOUBLE LOSS SUFFERED DEATHS IN ENGLAND LONDON. July 19 The deaths are reported of' two men. famous in international sport, namely Tom Hayward, Surrey cricketer, ' and Harold Wagstaff, twice captain of English Rugby, League teams in Australia. .
