ARAB TORTURE CHAMBERS
JERUSALEM, July 13 Ten kidnapped Arabs, who had been held captive for two months, have been .found alive at the bottom of a well between Tamara and Ibillen, with armed Arabs on guard. This confirms rumours that Arab bandits are using wells as torture chambers.
