NEW ZEALAND SIDE PENDING TOUR OF ENGLAND TWO TRIAL MATCHES TO-DAY CARLAW PARK ATTRACTIONS The Rugby League trials to be played at Carlaw Park this afternoon are attracting considerable interest, and, provided the weather is fine, a big crowd is expected to witness the games. All the players are under consideration by the selectors for the New Zealand team to tour England and France. The principal Kama between the North Island and the South Island should prove a splendid contest, as the visitors are reported to bo formidable enough to test tho North Island thirteen. Tho best forwards in tho code will bo seen in action. Thero is every chance that tho curtain-raiser between the Possibles and Probables teams will prove just as interesting ns tho main game. G. Bellamy,, of owing to illness, is not Available and his place in the r Probables side has been taken by C. Petersen (Auckland). Bellamy is expected to fly to Auckland in timo to take part in tho trials on Tuesday. . At the conclusion of tho games, it is the intention of tho Now Zealand selectors, Messrs. T. A. McClymont (Auckland). J. A. Redwood (Auckland) and J.
