FANCY DRESS DANCE
Thoro was a gay scene in the Motumaoho hall on tlio occasion of the annual fancy dress dance organised by tlio Motumaoho Women's Institute. The costumes were judged by Mrs. A. S. Wild and Mrs. P. M. Hobson, of Morrinsvillo, who made awards as follows:—Special prize, Mr. and Mrs. A. Turner; most liumorous lady, Mrs. W. Smith; most humorous gentleman, Mr. V. <J. Hucker; most original lady, Mrs. Glasscock; most original gentleman, Mr. W. Penney; prettiest lady's costume, Mrs. Baker; best gentleman's costume, Miss M. Wilson.
