CENTENNIAL EMBLEM
PERMISSION FOR USE IMPORTATIONS ALLOWED [BT TELEGRAPH —FRESS ASSOCIATION*] WELLINGTON, Tuesday The Government has decided that on application permission can be given for the use of the New Zealand national centennial emblem, which is subject to copyright, for any decorative scheme at the exhibition or during approved Centennial celebrations in any part of New Zealand. General authority lias also been issued permitting the importation of articles bearing the emblem and identifiable as souvenirs or mementos of Centennial celebrations. The articles are required to be of a permanent character and qualified for admission as the produce or .tho manufacture of some part of the British Empire.
