JUDICIAL SEPARATION

An adjourned petition for judicial separation was granted by T Mr. Justice Fair in the Supreme Court yesterday. The petitioner was Catherine Martha Wilhelmina Peters (Mr. Wilkin), and the respondent Charles Abel Peters (Mr. C. Hunt). Mr. Wilkin said the parties had agreed to a weekly payment of £6 alimony, and the wife desired the custody of the four youngest children. His Honor made an order accordingly, and allowed costs 011 the lower scale.
