Juno 20 Addressing the Chamber of Commerce, the Prime Minister, Mr. Menzies, appealed to business men to avoid a war complex. He ac.ded "Rumours of war come every now and then, but I must say I am astounded to note how susceptible to 'the jitters' are many business men.
