A CONSUMERS' WATER RATE, on the following basis upon all lands and dwelling houses to which water is supplied otherwise than per meter:---Where the Annual Value does not exceed £ \'J 10/! Ten Shillings per annum. Where the Annual Value exceeds £l'J 10/: Seven per centum of so much of such value as does not exceed £IOO. (One Hundred Pounds). Six per centum of so much of such value us exceeds One Hundred Pounds, but does not exceed Two Hundred Pounds. Five per centum of so much of such value as exceeds Two Hundred Pounds, but does not exceed Three Hundred Pounds. Four per centum of so much of such value as exceeds Three Hundred Pounds. But in 110 such case shall the rato bo less than Ten Shillings. A NON-CONSUMERS' WATER RATE, in respect of lands and buildings to which water can be, hut Is not, supplied, situated within One Hundred Yards from any part of the Borough Waterworks. One-half of the foregoing amounts. A uniform SANITATION RATE (in connection with the removal of Nightsoll only) at the. rate of One Pound per annum in respect, of every privy (not being: connected with the sewer) within the Borough of Mount Albert, from which the Council is prepared to remove nightsoil. REBATE ON RATES. In accordance with (lie provisions of Section (M of the "Hitting Act, 1 ii'J.'i," a rebate of C_' 10/ per rent tun will tie allowed to every Ratepayer on the amount of Current Rates payable by him, if such rates are paid within Thirty days (MO days) from tho due date thereof, subject to all arrears being paid.
