BRITAIN AND PALESTINE GENEVA, June 10 The Colonial Secretary, Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald, told the Permanent Mandates Commission of the League of Nations that the Palestine White Paper was Britain's final act in the consideration of a stubborn problem. The commission severely crossexamined Mr Mac Donald at a secret session and criticised the possibility of Arab domination of the Jews, but Mr. Mac Donald's reply left no doubt that the Government's mind was made up.
