FARMER KILLED
COLLAPSE OF QUAftRY FACE [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] IXVERCARGILL, Thursday A single man, Mr. Bartholomew Thomas Conway, aged 45, farmer, was killed by a fall of gravel in a quarry at Tokanui yesterday. He and a brother were shovelling the gravel when tho face collapsed, crushing him against a lorry.
