(Supplied by the Council ol Christian Congregations.) Text. —The Lord is my light and mj salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lonl is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Wait on the Lord; be of good courage and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait I say on the Lord. Verse.— , My heart is resting. O my God. I will' give thanks and sing; * My heart is at the secret source Of every precious thing. Prayer.—o Lord our God, who art my strength and my portion forever, I rejoice in the knowledge that Thou art able to keep all that I commit to Thee, and that Thou dost never fail. By Thy presence and Thy power deliver me this and every day from fearfulness. and enable me to go cheerfully and trustingly to do whatever Thou dost require of me through Jesus Christ our Lord.
