DECIDED IMPROVEMENT
HEAVY TRADING INCREASE (Received May 25, 8 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 25 On the Sydney Stock Exchango today all departments of the investment market showed a decided improvement. Tlioro was a heavy increase in trading along healthy lines. Strength has been encouraged by the belief that the Treasury will take the opportunity of the early issue of a defence loan. Call money in New York remains at 1 per cent.
