REVIEW OF ACHIEVEMENTS AID TO MEDICAL SCIENCE [by TELEGRAPH —own correspondent] WELLINGTON, Wednesday Not -the League of Nation's limitations, but its great achievements, should be considered, said the Rev. Gordon McKenzie when addressing members of the Wellington Rotary Club; The League might have been of premature birth, hastened by the Great War, but. it was still alive, and was doing gr* at international work in many fields.
