FRANKLIN BACING CLUB NOMINATIONS TOTAL 198 DIVISION OF OTAUA HANDICAP Record nominations, totalling 198 for seven races, have been received by the- Franklin Pacing Club for its Winter meeting, to be held at Pukekohe on May 6. Twenty-eight horses were entered for the President's Handicap and 17 for the Onewhero Steeplechase. As the Otana Handicap has attracted 42 nominations, it has been decided to divide the race, with a stake of £l3O for each division, which will bo treated as separate events.
