COURSE OF DEVELOPMENTS INFORMATION EXPECTED (Received April 18, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless LONDON, April 17 Parliament will re-assemble to-mor-row, and a week later, on April 25, the Chancellor, Sir John Simon, will deliver his Budget. Questions to be addressed to Ministers in the House of Commons to-morrow cover a wide field, permitting statements upon all developments of importance in foreign, Empire and home affairs. Mr. Chamberlain, in particular, will he given an opportunity to acquaint the House with the progress of negotiations in relation to the new situation in Europe and with tho Government's views on events since the debate last Thursday. He will be asked about Mr. Roosevelt's peaco message and about the discussions with tho Soviet, which are understood to be proceeding in a friendly and promising atmosphere. The return of the Soviet Ambassador, M. Maisky, to Moscow to-morrow, to report to his Government, shows the desire on tho Soviet's part to bo possessed of all the information available to it in connection with these imports ant consultations. Otl'pj questions to be raised in the House on foreign affairs relate to Spain and the Far East.
