THEFT FROM CITY STORE
ACCUSED PLEADS GUILTY Charged with stealing articles valued at Ss from a city store on April 6, Lancelot' John Bobinson, watersider, aged 29, appeared before Mr. C. B. Orr Walker, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday. Detective-Sergeant McHugh prosecuted and Mr. Aekins appeared for accused, who pleaded guilty. Mr. McHugh said that accused was seen to place a tie in his pocket and when taken to the manager's office other articles were found on him. He was under the influence of liquor at the time. He had never been in trouble before. Accused was ordered to come up for sentence in six months if called on and was ordered tc take out a prohibition order.
