BEST-DRESSED MEN

DISCUSSION BY STYLISTS DUKE OF KENT PRAISED LONDON, April 7 The question of who are the bentdressed men has been discussed by the Master Tailors' Association. It is held that the Duke of Kent carries looser and easier clothes extremely well and greatly influences week-end informal fashions. The film actor Douglas Fairbanks, junior, is regarded as one of the smartest, because of his ability to carry his clothes, while Mr. Anthony Eden is always included among the best-dressed men, but ho is not particularly welldressed from the tailoring point of view. Oxford and Cambridge Universities, it is considered, lost their influence on styles when they introduced "sloppy" flannels.
