CHEZ PAREE CABARET

There was a large attendance of dancers, including visitors to Auckland from other centres, at the Chez Paree Cabaret, Bucklands Beach, on Saturday night. The latest novelty dances, including the "Chestnut Tree" and "Blackpool Walk" were thoroughly enjoyed, while excellent music for ail the dances was provided by the cabaret band. Commencing just after midnight on Sunday anotTier well-attended dance was held at the cabaret, when the modern waltz, quick step and slow fox trot were demonstrated by Miss Doris Gardner and Mr. Eric Lossen. Extras w.ere played by Miss S. Cowley, Miss M. McCarthy, Mr. G. Ireland and Mr. Santo.
