AUTUMN PROGRAMME FIELDS AT GREYMOUTH SUPPORT FOR GOLDEN CHEST The first Autumn Meeting of the Grey mouth Jockey Club will be held to-day. The track is firm. The single pool system will be in use.

CHANGE TO RICCARTON ASHBURTON AUTUMN RACES [BY TELEGRAPH OWN CORRESPONDENT] ASHBURTON, Friday The Ashburton County Racing Club's autumn meeting will be held at Riccarton 011 May 13, the Hon. W. E. Parry and the Racing Conference having given consent to the change owing to improvements on the local course, which are expected to be completed in time for the trotting meeting on the King's Birthday.

WAIKATO RACING CLUB STEEPLECHASE MEETING Stake-money totalling £SOOO, exclusive of sweepstakes and trophies, is offered by the Waikato Bacing Club for its Winter meeting, to bo held at Te Bapa on May 20 and 22. The value of the To Bapa Steeplechase is £750 and that of the _ Waikato Steeplechase £SOO. Nominations for all events close with Blomfield and Company. Auckland, at 5 p.m., or with the secretary.
