INCREASE SUGGESTED ESTABLISHMENT OF 2,000,000 (Received March 29, <1.5 p.m.) British Wireless LONDON, March 28 Asked to consider an increase in the establishment of tho Territorial Army to 2,000,000, the Secretary of State for War, Mr. L. Hore-Belisha, pointed out to a questioner in the House of Commons the organisation difficulties of such a sudden great increase, hut added that the Government had certain proposals under examination.
