CHANGES ANNOUNCED NUMEROUS PROMOTIONS AUCKLAND DISTRICT TRANSFERS [BY TELEGRAPH— FBESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday Promotions among Court officers consequent upon recent retirements were announced by tlxe Public Service Commissioner, Mr. T. Mark, to-day. Mr. G. S. Clark, registrar of the Supreme Court, Hamilton, has been appointed registrar at Wellington in place of Mr. W. W. Samson, who is retiring at the end of this month.

Mr. E. G. Rhodes, deputy-registrar of the Supreme Court, Wellington, is to he registrar at Gisborne. Mr. P. D. Leahy, deputy-registrar at Christchurch, is to be deputy-registrar at Wellington.

Mr. A. E. Reynolds, clerk of the Magistrate's Court, Wellington, is to be registrar of the Supreme Court, Hamilton. Mr. J. T. A. Beaumont, clerk of the Supreme Court, Wellington, is to be second clerk and deputy-registrar at Palmerston North.

Mr. A. L. Tresidder, registrar of the Supreme Court, Nelson, is to be clerk of the Magistrate's Court, Wellington. Mr. A. J. Bennetts, second clerk of the Magistrate's Court, Christchurch, is to be registrar of the Supreme Court, Blenheim.

Mr. W. Parker, registrar of the Supreme Court, Westport, is to be registrar at Nelson. Mr. C. 0. Pratt, clerk of the Magistrate's Court, Hawera, is to bo registrar of the Supreme Court, Wanganui. Mr. A. R. C. Claridge, second clerk of the Magistrate's Court and deputy-registrar of the Supreme Court, Palmerston North, is to be clerk of the Magistrate's Court. Hawera. Mr. F. S. R. Knight, clerk of the Magistrate's Court and acting-registrar of the Supreme Court. Auckland, is to be registrar of the Supreme Court, Auckland. Mr. H. V. Jerred, deputyclerk of the Magistrate's Court, Auckland, is to be clerk of the Magistrate's Court, Auckland. Mr. T. P. Pain, deputy-registrar of the Supreme Court, Dunedin, is to be registrar of the Supreme Court, Whangarei. Mr. W. J. Blacker, clerk of Courts, Gore, is to be registrar of the Supreme Court, Westport. Mr. J. J. W. Poolev, clerk of Courts, Ashburton, is to be clerk of Courts, Gore. Mr. A. E. Dobbie, registrar of the Supreme Court, Wanganui, is to be registrar of the Supreme Court, Invercargill.
