WORLD SPEED RECORD

GERMAN BOMBER'S FLIGHT (Received March 21, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, March 20 Germany's latest twin-engined Junkers bomber has established a world speed record for landplanes. It carried a load of two tons a distance of 621 miles at an average speed of 321.2 miles an hour. The former record was 294.5 miles an hour.
