SLOVAKS' DECISION FUTURE FULLY SETTLED RULE IN CARPATHO-RUSSIA CZECH PRESIDENT INTERVENES By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright Independent Cable Scnrice (Received March 7, 9.50 p.m.) PRAGUE, March 7 The Slovak Cabinet, meeting at Bratislava, decided to withdraw its threats to secede from Czechoslovakia. A communique stated that the Slovak Autonomous Cabinet regarded the future of Slovakia as fully settled within the existing Jaw granting it autonomy within the Czecho-Slovak federation. The Czech President, Dr. Emil Hacha, has reorganised the CarpathoRussian (Ruthenian) provincial Government. Father Volosin remains Premier, but a Czech, General Pro-
chala, becomes Minister of the Interior, Finance and Transport, thereby practically controlling the Administration. Dr. Hacha also dismissed the Car-patho-Hussian Minister of Justice, M. Julian Revay, who was an ultraRadical Ukrainian and was held responsible for disturbances at the Polish Consulate at Chust, the provincial village capital. A Carpatho-Russian deputy, M. Klocurak, replaces M. Revay.
