PHYSICAL WELFARE
NORTHCOTE COMMITTEE The Under-Secretary -of Internal Affairs advised the Northcote Borough Council last night that the district committee for Northcote bad been established under the Physical Welfare and Hccreation Act. It comprised tlie following:—Miss Agnes Kennedy and Dr. Harold Pettit, members of the National Council; Messrs. It. Martin, Mayor, W. E. Aspden, and W. H. Morrison. representing the Borough Council; Mesdames A. Campbell and S. T. Carter, and Messrs. A. W. Christmas and P. C. Cross, members' of local organisations. '
