NEW LONDON PREMISES OPENING BY PRINCESS ROYAL (Received February 28, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless LONDON, Feb. 27 During their visit to London next month the President of the French Republic, M. Albert' Lebrun, and Madame Lebrun will visit the Institute Francais du Royaume ijni, for the opening of its new premises in Kensington. The Princess Royal, who, with M. Lebrun, is patron of the institute, will receive the guests and at the. President's request has consented to make an official declaration of the opening on behalf of herself and the President.
