TOUR OF GUMFIELDS
After discussing with kauri gum diggers in North Auckland marketing problems affecting the industry, Mr. F. R. Picot, Director of Internal Marketing, and Mr. A. H. Honeyfield, Auckland representative of the Internal Marketing Division, returned to Auckland yesterday. Mr. Picot said they interviewed diggers the Ahmara, Waipapakauri and Waihopo fields. There appeared to be general satisfaction with the marketing system tor the industry.
