HITCH AT LAUNCHING BISMARK AT HAMBURG LONDON. Feb. 16 Germany's first 35.000-ton battleship, the Bismarck, proved obstinate at her launching at Hamburg. For three minutes after her release she was stationary. As at last the ship began to slide toward the water, Field-Marshal Goering thrust out one hand and snatched a red carnation from the bouquet hanging on the bows. Now the story runs that "Goering had to givo the Bismarck a push" before she would move olf.
