NEW YOUTH WORK POLICY [nV TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] CHRtSTCHURCH. Monday A new policy for youth work involving .the appointment of three directors instead of one as previously, nnd allowing for more concentrated work in Sunday school and Bible class interests throughout the Dominion was adopted by tho New Zealand Methodist'Conferenco to-day. Tho homo mission report stated that some circuits and stations had not restored ministers' stipends to the level existing before the cuts were made, and also travelling arrangements often rested unduly heavily on ministers. 'JIIO first draft of changes' to tho existing appointments of home missionaries was adopted. The list is subject to alteration later. The Revs. 0. E. Burton, C. L. Duder, L. G. Hanna, C, T. J. Luxton, W. A. Mills, and A. R. Witherford wore ordained nt an impressive service this evening. The president, tho Rev. Angus Mcßean, conducted the service, the past-president, the Rev, P. R. Paris, delivering tho ordination charge.
