Limited, formerly Australian Glass Manufacturers, Limited, have been registered in Australia. The registrations are: —Australian Glass Manufacturers Company, Proprietary, Limited, formed to manufacture and deal in all kinds of glassware, capital, £5,000,000 in £1 shares; A.G.L Plasties Proprietary, Limited, formed to manufacture and deal in plastic and moulding ware, capital, £IOO,OOO in £1 shares; and A.G.i. Investments Proprietary, Limited, capital £,'1,000,000. The directors of the two first-named companies are Sir Alexander Stewart and Messrs. J5, N. Grim wade, H. W. Grimwade, I <V . /J. Smith, W. J. Smith and T. C. Alston. Tlio same directors comprise the board of the investment company with the exception that Mr. Alston is not included. The companies have been fonnecl as a r%yjlt of the proposed reconstruction of the former Australian Glass Manufacturers Company, Limited, of Melbourne. PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE • BUSINESS IN JANUARY Estates of a value ,of £608,443 were reported and accepted for administration by the Public Trustee during January. Grants of administration made by the Court in favour of the Public Trustee numbered 97 for tho month. A total of 371 new wills appointing the Public Trustee executor were prepared on behalf of testators and lodged for safe custody,' and 250 existing wills were revised to provide for changes desired by testators.
