UNREST IN BURMA

COALITION GOVERNMENT DEMONSTRATORS PROTEST (Received February 17, 12.20 a.m.) RANGOON, Feb. 16 When protesting against the new coalition Government, demonstrators burned effigies of the Prime Minister, Dr. B. A. Maw, amid a din of beating tin pans and kettles. Black flags were flown from buildings and motor-cars and the city was placarded with the slogan, '"'Down with the Coalition." The Senate last evening passed a motion of no-confidenco in the Government.
