OLD GRAMMARIANS WEEKLY POINTS MEETING 'CLUB RECORD ESTABLISHED A feature of tile points meeting of the Old Grammarians' Amateur Athletic Club , was the excellent hop, step and jumping of J. C. Spooner. Spooner broke his own senior record in the hop and step and jump with a splendid leap of 44ft. Sin. His previous record was 44ft. Results were as follows:

CALLIOPE COMPETITIONS FAST THREE MILES RUN The Calliope Amateur Athletic Club held a further championship meeting at Stafford Park, the three miles and long jump championships being contested. N. Ambler recorded an exceptionally fast time for the three miles, running the distance in 15m 308. R. Brennan showed the way in the handicap events and is now well in the lead for the handicap trophy.
