ACCIDENT VICTIM

APPARENT RECOVERY FOUND DEAD AT HOME RESIDENT OF MORRINSVILLE [from our OWN correspondent] MORBINSVILLE, Tuesday The death occurred at his home in Allen Street, Morrinsville, to-day, of Mr. Carl Lionel Oldershaw, aged 30, married, following an accident which occurred near Waiwera in January. Mr. Oldershaw was driving from Auckland to Russell when the wheel of his car came off and tlici vehicle ran into a bank. Mr. Oldershaw suffered severe head injuries and was admitted to tiie Auckland Hospital. He was discharged from the institution 10 days ago as practically recovered and was taken to his home, where he (subsequently received medical attention. He appeared to be making excellent progress, but he was found dead in his bed shortly after breakfast this morning. As a doctor's certificate has been furnished, an inquest will not be necessary.
