BILL PASSES COMMONS (Received February 10, 6.15 p.m.) British Wireless LONDON, Feb. 9 After a short debate in committee the Currency and Bank Notes Bill passed through the remaining stages in the House of Commons. The bill provides, among other "5 things, for the revaluation of the gold stocks of the Bank of England. It permits greater flexibility in the "management" of the national monetary system.
