HOUSE RANSACKED

WEDDING PRESENTS STOLEN " [by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] INVERCARGILL, Thursday Wedding presents,, clothing, a suitcase and a child's money box were stolen from the homo of Mr. G. L. Henderson, 3 Rugby Street, Invercargill, yesterday afternoon. Mrs. Henderson left, home at 3.45 p.m. and locked up tho house, but a window was left open, and it is assumed that the thief gained entrance by this means. When Mrs, Henderson returned home about five o'clock she found that the house had been ransacked, apparently in a very hurried manner. A number of wedding presents had been stolen and also several articles of clothing.
