ADVERSE BALANCE IN 1938 BERLIN, Feb. 1 The old Reich's adverse balance of trade last year was £16,000,000, compared with a favourable balance of £34.000,000 in 1937. The value of imports last vear was £454,000,000, compared with £448,000,000, and of exports £438,000,000, compared with £482,000.000. The figures for 1937 exclude trade with Austria.
