ANTI-BRITISH LEADER OPPOSES FEDERATION BOMBAY. Jan. 2ft Sublias Chandra Bose has been reelected president of the Indian National Congress. This is regarded as a defeat Gandhi and the high command of the Congress, which was backed by Dr. Sitaraniayya, of the Right Party. Chandra Bose said his election meant a victory for the opponents of federation and predicted the end of compromiie with Britain. . <*'
