DEATH CAUSES ANOTHER SIR SERVINGTON SAVERY British Wireless LONDON, Dec. 28 The death has occurred of Sir Servington Savery, Conservative member of the House of Commons for Holderness, Yorkshire. There are now three by-elections pending in Britain, namely, at East Norfolk, where the Liberal National member, Viscount Elmley, on the death of his father, Earl Beauchamp, became a member of the House of Lords; at Ripon, Yorkshire, where there is a vacancy owing to the death of Major Hills; and at Holderness. Sir Servington Savery was a son of the late Rev. George Savery, of Oxford. He was educated at Kingswood. Bath, and at Christ Church, Oxford. He was vice-president of the Scarborough and Whitby Conservative Association and had represented Holderness since December, 1923. He was a bachelor.
