The Rt. Rev. H St. B. Holland, Bishop of Wellington, has left on a visit to the South Island. * The Very Rev. G. C. Cruickshank, Dean of Dunedin, will leave Wellington by the Port Huon to-morrow on a visit to England. Tho Rev. E. M. Enright, of Owaka, Otago, has accepted a call to the pastorate of vlie Spreydon Baptist Church, Christchurch. Mr. J. W. Norrie, manager at Napier for the South British Insurance Company, Limited, will leave in January on transfer to Dunedin. The Hon. A. Hamilton is attending the summer school which is being held at Gore for youth workers of the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand. Mr. J. 1"). Anderson, Wanganui manager for the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, for the past 15 years, will retire on superannuation at the end of this month. Mr, M. E. Vardy, retired manager of Barclay's Bank, Victoria, Natal, South Africa, who arrived in Auckland by the Monterey last Friday in the course of a world tour,, left for the South by tho afternoon express yesterday. Mr. D. I. Macdonald, secretary of the Canterbury Employers' Association, who returned recently from London, where he attended a meeting of the governing body of the International Labour Office, left Auckland for the South by the limited express last night. Dr. C. E. Hercus. dean of the Medical Faculty of the University of Otago, who lias been awarded a Carnegie Corporation visitors' grant to study university and medical school administration and recent developments in biological sciences, will leave Wellington to-morrow for London by the Port Huon,
