COURT OF ARBITRATION CONCILIATION AGREEMENTS [BIT TELTSGHAFH —OWN COKRESFONDENT]. WELLINGTON, Tuesday The complete agreement reached in Conciliation Council on the Wellington sports goods dealers' employees dispute was converted into an award by thp Court of Arbitration. Mr. Justice O'Regan presided and with him were Mr. W. Cecil Prime (employers' representative) and Mt\ A. L. Monteitk (workers' representative). The New Zealand licensed hotel employees' award was made and a memorandum was added giving the parties the rifcht to be heard next year on the question of the payment of meal money to workers on days off. Except for this complete agreement was reached in Conciliation Council. The New Zealand saddlery workers dispute in which agreement has been reached 011 all points except those dealing with the proportion of females and the Anniversay Day holiday was adjourned. until February when an application will again he made for its conversion into an award. Mr. H. J. Bishop, for the employers, said all the terms of the agreement, including the wages clauses, were now being observed. Decision was reserved on an application by the Hamilton Club for exemption from the New Zealand chartered clubs employees' award.
