CHILDREN IN HAMILTON BOROUGH COUNCIL DECISION [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Thursday A motion granting permission to schoolchildren who cannot swim, but are desirous of learning, to use the Hamilton municipal baths for two hours each day free of charge during the school holidays was passed by the Hamilton Borough Council last night. The request for permission came from the South Auckland centre of the New Zealand Swimming Association, which undertook to have instructors on duty during the hours granted.
