GERMANY'S POLICY CLAIMS ON FRANCE POSITION IN COESICA HOME'S PROPAGANDA By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received December 14, (1.50 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 14 It is learned from a most reliable source that Germany will officially support the Italian territorial claims by a neutral attitude, provided that tho dispute is strictly local, but will give more concrete assistance in tho event of a general conflagration, says the jßome correspondent of the Daily Mail. Italy has temporarily transferred her campaign from Tunis to Corsica, where she is increasing her propaganda and encouraging an autonomous movement, says a message from Paris. It is thought that Italy is loss anxious for territorial gains than to force France to grant concessions in Tunis and in Somaliland, which were shelved because of tho Abyssinian war. In spite of reports that Italy has enormously strengthened her forces on the Libyan frontier the situation is easier at Tunis, and disturbances have ceased. Sharp diplomatic action is not likely to bo taken at present, and Franco is more disposed to await developments. Sympathy with Italy's claims to Djibouti and a share in the Suez Canal is expressed by the German press, says the Berlin correspondent of the Times. The National-Zoitung declares the renewal of the Anglo-French Entente has displeased Signor Mussolini, who regarded tho British and French efforts to strengthen their friendship with Turkey as aggressive toward Italy.
