CHELTENHAM REGATTA
A regatta, sponsored by the Cheltenham carnival committee, will be held at Cheltenham Beach on December 31. Approval has been given by the Auckland Rowing Association and the following events will be contested:— Maiden fours, maiden pairs, light maiden fours, inter-collegiate race, maiden double sculls. As a good many oarsmen are away during the Christmas holidays, clubs will probably have some difficulty in being represented.
