OUTBREAKS OF FIRE
OLD BLACKBALL MINE UNEMPLOYMENT POSSIBLE [Bt TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] GREYMOUTH, Wednesday Tho strata of the old Blackball mine is reported to be creeping in parts, and it is stated that yesterday incipient outbreaks of firo occurred. _ It is considered there is a strong possibility that many of the 50 men who are employed at tho mine will bo thrown out of work as a result of the fires occurring. The mine is practically worked out.
