RAILWAY MOTOR SERVICES __ * FURTHER LICENCES WANTED An application by the Railways Department for eight more to;irist motor vehicle licences is to bo heard by a joint sitting of tho No. 1 and No. 2 Licensing Authorities in Auckland next week. It is stated that the applications will bo for what may be termed "general utility" licences, enabling the department to enter the tourist traffic with motor vehicles on any route.
