Fraser, in a letter to tho Tauranga Borough Council with reference to tho proposed sale of the High School iwBervo at Tauranga, advised that ho had approved of the sale of the property tn the council for £4500 on condition that it was used for recreational purnoses A further condition attached to the sale was that tho council shall pay £ISOO on securing possession, and tho unpaid balance at tho rate of £IOOO a year. Tho council agreed to tho terms.
