GERMAN'S NEW POST NOW A NAVAL ATTACHE Independent Cable Service BERLIN, Nov. 23 The official news agency states that Captain Udo von Bonin has been appointed naval attache for the Baltic States and Finland. Captain von Bonin was mentioned in the United States spy trial as one of the leading espionage chiefs of the German War Ministry.
