CONFERENCE AT SYDNEY DELEGATE'S CRITICISM (Received November 24, 5.5 p.m.) . MONTREAL. Nov. 23 A member of the Senate, Mr. W. A. Griesbach, who has just returned from Australia, told the Service Club that the British Commonwealth Relations Conference at Sydney was "not worth a hill of beans." He alleged that several Canadian professors were chiefly occupied in a futile attempt to prove that Canada could bo neutral when Britain was at war.
