MAJORJWERS BERLIN REPORT [LONDON CONFERENCE SUGGESTION DENIED By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright LONDON, Nov. 21 The senior official of the German. Air Ministry, Major-General Bodenschatz, who arrived secretly by air and attended a conference with German Embassy officials, has left frn* Germany. A message from Berlin says it is stated that he went to London with proposals from Field-Marshal Goering for the limitation of the air forces of Britain, France and Germany, the limitation of heavy artillery and poison gas, and to sound the possibility of discussions between Britain, France and Germany on these points. Officials of Field-Marshal Goering'a; staff insist that Major-General Bodenschatz's visit is privato and not connected with disarmament. Major-Goneral Bodenschatz is FieldMarshal Goering's right-hand man. Be is a survivor of the Richthofen wartime air circus.
