EVENT OF ATTACK DOMINIONS NOT PLEDGED LONDON, Nov. 21 In the House of Commons, the Prime Minister, Mr. Chamberlain, informed Mr. F. J. Lee (Labour —Derbyshire) that none of the Dominions or colonies have given a written or implied pledge or a guarantee to come to Britain's assistance in the event of attack.
