NEW ZEALAND INVESTMENTS FINANCIAL PAPER'S COMMENT (Kcceived November 20, 7.25 p.m.) , . LONDON, Nov. 20 "It is a mistake for British investors in undertakings concerned in New Zealand to regard the Labour Government as enemies," states the Investors' Chronicle, commenting on the renewed assurance of the Prime Minister, Mr. Savagej that the Dominion will honour its- liabilities. "This, apparently, has not dispelled bondholders' nervousness. "The experience of Scandinavian countries has shown that it is possible for capitalists and Socialists to reach a working agreement," continues the jjpurnijli- "Nevertheless, until it is proved that New Zealand can afford a particularly expensive form of Socialism, New Zealand will be under a cloud."
